After the possession party we will let you sink in and be immersed in your new home and test how it looks and functions. As you live in the space, we will invite you to populate a follow up items template. Once we have your list fully developed, we will manage a trades-day or two if needed to completely tackle any outstanding items.
After this initial phase of completions, we will set your home up on our maintenance schedule where we invite you to hire our team to perform yearly and biannual maintenance regimen. The goal of the home services plan is to give you piece of mind that your investment will mature effectively.
